The mustang is a fantastic creation that feels very life like in it's texture and contours. I did notice a slight smell retained afterwards despite antibacterial soap being used. I switched brands of soap and it did the trick. The 3 minute boil also gives a thorough deep clean removing the odour.
Additionally, I had questions before committing. I contacted customer service after perusing the FAQs and I received a response within a day answering my questions professionally, courteously and in a supportive manner.
