Form Function's handmade silicone products feature a flexible but sturdy design, and have impressed us with their user-friendliness. That being said, we would still strongly suggest practicing peeing with a STP before using outside of safer spaces, since having an unruly prosthetic can be a severe safety issue.

The Model A features a larger design than the Model D Sport - although their reservoirs appear to be the same. Designed to be worn with the Form Function Slingshot Harness, this packer fits up snugly against the urethral area for the purposes of peeing while standing.

Different strokes for different folks! I've tried literally countless STPs and have never found one that works as well as this one does for me. Super generous reservoir means no splashback (which is awesome!), but you really have to have the slingshot harness to make it all work handsfree (or be a good sew-er). Like all STPS, leaning in really helps to make it all flow.

It's worked amazing as an STP device but it's impossible to pack. Too big, too stiff material and the balls really don't fit properly into any kind of underwear. I haven't been able to figure out how to pack with it at all. If I could figure out how to wear it I would probably give it 5 stars for how easy and natural it is to use as an STP.

Impossible to pack with

Its a decent STP. But its impossible to pack with. The balls are much too large and the material is too stiff for it to be comfortable in your pants. I've tried positioning it in all sorts of ways but nothing ever worked.

As an STP, its OK. I had issues positioning it but with some practice, you can easily use this at a urinal without issues.

Disappointing, unfortunately not recommended.

Did not work in any configuration, I purchased it along with the slingshot harness, used it many times in many positions with and without the harness, even as low as it could possibly sit (where it would have been useless as an STP device) there was still some leaking out of the back of the cup. I purchased this as it promised to be for fitting "differently shaped bodies" as I am tall. I contacted the maker about what I could do to make it work but never received a response. The penis section of the device also has very little give in the forward direction making it very awkward. Disappointing, unfortunately not recommended.
