Only for small cylinders

This ring has very little stretch to it, and is quite a bit smaller than the pump cylinder I have (2" LA Pumps from here), so it wasn't able to stretch over the tube at all.
I'd guess it could fit up to about 1.5", so could work with small cylinders.
