an excellent attachment

We found it works best for girl on top positions where she can control the angle and pressure. Also, it is pretty snug if the girth is more than 1¼ inches across. There is an XL version that is better for thicker boys, unless he wants it really tight. Overall, a very fun toy. Cute, effective. A remote control vibe recommended so you don't have to fiddle with your hands in the middle of the action.
