We've been searching for the perfect underwear harness since we first opened our doors back in the nineties, but until SpareParts launched the Tomboi and Sasha harnesses, we were skeptical that such a thing could even exist. Ever the perfectionists, the folks at SpareParts have come up with a harness that is incredibly durable, comfortable, and makes harness play easier than ever! Machine-washable (but you might want to hang to dry), the Tomboi fits just like briefs under clothes, and even has a strap to hold your packer in place for those times when your piece is more about presentation than performance.
Spare Parts harnesses are made in a sweatshop-free, fair wage environment in the USA, and much more durable and better made than other similar looking harnesses (we're looking at you rodeoh!)
Made of 77% nylon, 23% spandex. Comes with mesh bag for storage and washing.
Harness Sizing: For a good fit, please choose your harness size based on your actual body measurements instead of your usual pant size. To find your size, measure around your lower Waist Band where you wear your underwear (usually right above the hip bones). All measurements below are in inches.

Super comfortable and efficient! Its way easier to wear than a regular harness and I appreciate how it can be worn discreetly under clothes too. Its worth the cost for a quality product from such an awesome co-op!
Very happy with the fabric of this harness -- sexy, sleek & breathable. I got a 5x to great relief as most strap-based harnesses don't sit easily on the shape of my body. My only complaint is that I wish the brand name wasn't so visible, but I knew what I signed up for in that regard. A wonderful product!
I've had this harness for over 10 years and its amazing. I ordered another brand that is boxer brief style and it was a totally waste of money. With the spareparts harness I myself get satisfaction where as the brief style gives me none. I need to size up since the one I own is now over 10 years old. But there is still nothing wrong with it other than I need a bigger size now. It's in perfect condition and it's been well used ;)
Fits great and very comfortable. I'm a bit bigger in the waist and hips, and I had no problem with the sizing.

these are my first pair of packing and harness briefs - discreet and they make all the difference. I agree with other reviewers: for toy stability, don't size up, as they are stretchy and will lose some of the initial cling over time.

Super happy with this purchase and the helpfulness of the staff at CAYA! I'm 5'6" and 120lbs and am typically between XS and S underwear depending on the brand. The small fits me quite snuggly and cuts in a bit at the waistband, but not so much to be uncomfortable. These sit lower than my usual underwear, so be sure to take your measurement at a low point (think low like the rise on the worst early 2000s low rise jean) and follow the sizing guide.
