I love this style of nipple clamp - I find it works the best for me. And this item is really cute with the right amount of weight to it with the heart dangle.
The downsides to this specific item are:
(1) The metal ring that slides to adjust the tension is sliding on metal -- ie. not a smooth glide. Doesn't make play unsafe, but it's hard to make small changes in tension.
(2) The colour of the gold dangling heart is a slightly different tone than the rest of the item. This may not bother most people, but for someone detail-oriented it's irksome.
