Originally for neuro exams, but marketed for BDSM, I use it more on the neuro end. I am neurodivergent and experience touch in different ways to some, and my partner bought this for me. My skin feels "itchy" or uncomfortable as a neurological response to certain stimuli or textures and using the wheel seems to help reset this sensation and also helps me not to scratch at the skin. It's very prickly and I like that the 8 wheels move independently. The only downside, and not from the make itself, is that it is sharp enough it can catch on fabrics/clothing/sheets. Overall a lovely addition and one not to miss if you feel like the BDSM toys aren't for you- if you like textures- consider this one!
